Gentle is designed for beginners and students who prefer a class less vigorous than basics yet still wish to work on gaining strength and flexibility.
Basics is for continuing students to further their knowledge of the alignment principles and to continue to strengthen and stretch the entire body.
Level 1 puts the emphasis on refining and building endurance and introducing intermediate poses.
Flow is a structured practice with the teacher participating alongside the students. It requires strength, stamina and a thorough understanding of all the principles of alignment, and includes all types of inversions, arm balances and backbends.
