Class Descriptions


  • Gentle is designed for beginners and students who prefer a class less vigorous than basics yet still wish to work on gaining strength and flexibility.

  • Basics is for continuing students to further their knowledge of the alignment principles and to continue to strengthen and stretch the entire body.

  • Level 1 puts the emphasis on refining and building endurance and introducing intermediate poses.

  • Flow is a structured practice with the teacher participating alongside the students. It requires strength, stamina and a thorough understanding of all the principles of alignment, and includes all types of inversions, arm balances and backbends.
