Family Yoga
Yoga is adaptable enough for the whole
family to enjoy; moms, dads, and grandparents can all
benefit from a yoga practice that fits their needs and stage
of life. Play, move, and learn with each other while
connecting in a fun and creative environment. Laugh and
giggle with your family as you learn ways to enjoy yoga
together. Spend meaningful time with the ones you love the
most.
Class Schedule: Saturdays 9:30am - 10:30am
First session runs from July 11 - August 15
$60.00 for a five week session - $15.00 for family drop in
